Let us introduce you to our FRIDAYS family – together with our FRIDAYS colleagues in Budapest, Prague, Warsaw and Riga we present you here the authentic, signature drinks from the best barkeepers in our region.

Each city´s culture is fused into our cocktails – get a sip of Polands unique Zubrowka vodka, indulge in the famous fl avor of a Hungarian Dobos cake, surprise your taste buds with a plum-thyme creation from Prague, feel the Baltic breeze with a scent of Drambuie or get carried away by a Viennese symphony of Mozart liqueur and fresh raspberries.

WARSAW SPRING

Tickle your senses with this refreshing combination of Zubrowka vodka, apple juice and elderfl ower syrup. Topped with a splash of soda and served with a mint leaf it tastes like spring in a glass.

DOBOS STYLE CAKE-SHAKE

A traditional Hungarian dessert transformed to a delicious shake: vanilla ice cream, cocoa liqueur, sponge cake, chocolate syrup, roasted walnut decorated with caramel cap on the top.

T-PLUM PM

Spend an afternoon in Prague with this fi erce combination of Prosecco, japanese wine from ripe plums and homemade thyme syrup.

BALTIC AMBER

Unforgettable cocktail from the Baltic seaside. Great combination of Gin, Drambuie, lime and lemon juice with overtone taste of orange liqueur. With refresh ending of rosemary scent and amber touch of honey.

VIENNESE CHOCOLATE SYMPHNOY

The distinctive taste of the legendary Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur mixed with a surprising combination of vodka, raspberries, honey and oven pine nuts. This is what it would feel like, if you could taste music.
