PARMESAN CRUSTED QUESADILLA
A crisp flour tortilla fi lled with sautéed chicken, tomato-basil mix, bacon with Monterey Jack cheese. Coated with Parmesan cheese, pan-fried to a crispy golden brown and drizzled with balsamic glaze.
CREOLE STYLE STEAK AND SHRIMP SKEWER
Spicy Cajun cream sauce brings out the succulent flavors of generous Rump steak and skewered tail-on shrimp.
RUM & COKE GLAZED RIBS
A full rack of baby back pork ribs are slow-cooked, then fire-grilled and generously basted with rum cola glaze. Serve with Spanish rice and fajita vegetables.
PEPPERCORN NEW YORK STRIP
